COVID-19 Measures:

You will need to be a member of TriSwim throughout 2020.

You will need to email Swimming Without Barriers to pre-book your swim.

You will pay the money via bank transfer to Swimming Without Barriers - the details will be emailed to you once your time slot is confirmed.

Swimmers who do not book and arrive at the lake will not be permitted to swim.

Please adhere to government guidelines of social distancing at 2 meters apart.  I will help facilitate this as much as possible. We will meet at a specific spot and then walk down to the lake together, with social distancing being adhered to at all times.

Assessments:

Upon your first visit to either lake, we will require every swimmer to undertake a short assessment with a coach which will cover the basics of open water safety, sighting the designated swimming buoys, and a 400m swim with a safety kayak. This is due to the sheer size and depth of the lakes, and to ensure all swimmers are safe. Your assessment is free with your membership and will consist of a dry land safety briefing and a 5-minute water-based assessment – it is quick and easy! You can purchase membership here:
